Elements Drainage provides a full service offering of demolition and excavation services across Vancouver & the lower mainland.
- Obtaining a hazardous materials report
- Coordinating remediation of asbestos or other hazardous materials as required
- Deconstruction/demolition/recycling according to municipality’s requirements
- Coordinating safe and effective excavation with relevant building professionals including engineers and contractors
- Coordinating drainage requirements with relevant trades, professionals, and the municipality
- Coordinating damp proofing and/or Delta M.S. installation
- Completing drainage work and providing backfill
